Gel Packs

Always stay flexible / Microwaveable / Non-Toxic / Reusable These economical gel packs are made with extra strong covers for years of use. A variety of sizes allows for effective treatment for applying localized
hot or cold therapy. For cold use, simply place in the freezer for one hour. As a hot compress either place in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes, or microwave immersed in water for 1 minute. It is always recommended to wrap the pack in a towel or in our new covers before use.
