Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price than our published price for an identical product we will match or beat the price. The competitors price must be for the same merchandise advertised in print at a lower price and be in stock locally. The guarantee does not apply to discounted orders, sale, clearance or liquidation items. This guarantee is, furthermore, at the discretion of Ergoback Solutions Inc. and may be withdrawn without notice at any time

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange regular priced stock merchandise within 5 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt, the original packaging and be in new condition as determined by the Store Associate.


Returns

Returns within 30 days of the order date will be accepted at retail stores for items that are unused/unworn, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts & accessories for credit of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

non returnable items

Items listed below are considered non-returnable.

  • Used Equipment.
  • Hygiene related products; (Pillows, Wedge Cushions, Mattresses, Bathroom Equipment, Lumbar Supports, Compression Stockings, etc)
  • Special Order items must be pre-paid and are non-returnable. Circumstances do arise were the items may be returned, but will be subject to a re-stocking fee determined by the manufacturer

online orders

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the  sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product at any Reliable Mobility retail store, even if you placed your order using our website. For your convenience, we also accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please contact us at 1 to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days.

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.

Payment via Cheques

    A charge of $40.00 will be charged for all NSF Cheques.

    Prices

    Prices quoted on the Reliable Mobility website and in its retail locations are expressed in Cdn dollars. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification.

    If a price discrepancy exists between the quoted price on the website and the actual price, Reliable Mobility will contact you prior to shipping your order for specific instructions. Should the list price quoted on the website be lower than the actual price of the product, Reliable Mobility will strive to charge you the lower price were possible.

    General Rental Conditions

    The availability of products may be limited.  We invite you to book your product as soon as possible since all our rental products are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

    Rental Rates are in Canadian dollars and may contain errors or be subject to change without notice.  Delivery, installation & pickup fees and applicable taxes are in addition to the rates contained herein unless otherwise indicated.  Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and required days.  You are advised of said costs at the time you place your order and thy appear separately on your invoice.

    The installation fees include the installation of the equipment at the client's home.  The installation visit completion times vary from product to product.  The installation fees do not include any return visit possibly requested by the customer (during the rental period).  Any return visit is billed  at the installation rate.  The customer is responsible for insuring that the merchandise can be physically delivered to the agreed location and on the agreed date.  If a first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, additional delivery fees will apply for any subsequent delivery.

    Reliable Mobility assumes responsibility for loss or damage, which occurs during delivery.  Delivery times are approximate.  Reliable Mobility accepts no responsibility in the case of delay in delivery.

    All taxes are indicated separately on the invoice.

    Payment of rental fees maybe made in cash, by personal cheque, certified cheque, postal money order, VISA or by MASTERCARD.  Cheques or money orders should be made payable to Reliable Mobility.

    Unless otherwise stipulated in the contract, payment must be received prior to delivery of the merchandise.  Convalescent supports may be eligible for payment upon delivery in the greater Winnipeg area.  

    A security deposit made on VISA or MASTERCARD may be required.  This deposit will be returned to the customer upon the return of the merchandise.  Upon reception, the customer must examine the equipment and any rented accessories and insure that they are undamaged and in perfect working condition.  Any anomaly or imperfection must be indicated in writing on the purchase order, a copy of which will be given to all parties.

    The customer agrees to the care for the equipment and accessories as if he were the owner thereof and shall be solely responsible for any loss through fire, theft or any other causes and agrees to pay the replacement cost or present value should it be impossible to replace them.  The customer agrees to pay for any damage caused to the equipment and/or accessories while they are in his care and until they are handed over by the return carrier if it's the case.

    The customer agrees to notify Reliable Mobility of any loss of the equipment rented immediately following said loss,  shall indicate the circumstance leading to said loss and shall notify local police without delay, in the case of fire, theft or vandalism.

    The replacement cost of items is recorded on the receipts.

    If the customer decides a purchase of the product instead of continuing to rent, they will have the option to either purchase the until they have in their possession, or use the credit towards a new item.  The credit is 50% of the rental already paid, up to a maximum of 50% of the products MSRP value.  The customer agrees to advise Reliable Mobility by phone of any extension to the initial duration of rental and to pay any amount due upon return of the equipment.  Unless otherwise indicated in the contract, the return shipping costs remains at the expense of the customer.  Also, unless otherwise indicated on contract, the customer agrees to return the rented equipment and accessories, upon expiration of the lease , to the offices of Reliable Mobility in the same perfect condition and the same good working order as at the time of delivery, except for normal and natural wear.  The parties have agreed upon the date and time at which the customer will return the product.  Any delay in returning the equipment will result in a fee corresponding the agreed rental fee for any additional days.

    Reliable Mobility makes no medical representation regarding the use of any equipment and may not be held responsible for any medical problems that he lessee may have which arises, or result in any way from any medical treatment of any kind.

    Reliable Mobility shall in no way be held responsible for any injuries  or damages, which result from the use of the equipment in a manner in which the equipment was not intended to be used.  The lessee accepts the control and responsibility thereof.  The lessee is encouraged to consult with his/her physician prior to use of the equipment.  

    Reliable Mobility does not assume responsibility for any bacterial or microbial transmission caused by not properly disinfecting equipment.

    The laws of any applicable Canadian laws govern all transactions.
